Because when our community needs help, we show up.

Across the Pine Belt, families face moments they never expected – a devastating house fire, catastrophic storm damage, an emergency utility crisis, or a cold night without the basic necessities needed to stay warm.

In those moments, United Way of the Pine Belt Region is there.

We are boots on the ground – working alongside local nonprofits, businesses, emergency responders, community leaders, and generous individuals to help meet the needs of people in crisis across the five counties we serve.

Through the generosity of our community, United Way has helped support 14 local charities, provided assistance to 35 families who lost everything in house fires, helped approximately 150 residents affected by catastrophic storm damage, and helped keep 200+ individuals warm during unprecedented cold temperatures. We have helped families keep essential utilities connected during emergency interruptions and provided humanitarian assistance when people were facing circumstances they could not overcome alone.
