2027 Application Checklist:
- Completed funding application, including two supplemental documents regarding designated funds, signed MOU, completed revenue/expense form, and documents proving agency’s promotion of United Way of the Pine Belt Region
- Complete list of agency’s current Board of Directors and contact information
- Copy of most recent financial audit or review
- Copy of most recent MS Charity certificate (if charity application is required)
- ONE hard copy of the complete application delivered or mailed to United Way of the Pine Belt Region by 5:00 pm on 4/10/26
- Completed application submitted online by midnight, 4/10/26
