Stephanie Welch Buckley

Native of Laurel. Married to Michael. Mom of two sons and Nae Nae to nine grandchildren. We have a large blended family.

I have a diverse background in customer service, medical office technology, cosmetology, and personal care assistance.   

I was a volunteer at the United Way of the Pine Belt for 1 1/2 years when I was offered a full-time job and am now the Office Coordinator. I began working at UWPBR on November 6, 2023.

I love my job because I am giving back to my community. We not only give bags of ready-to-eat foods and personal hygiene items to those in need, but we also give hugs, love, prayers, and encouragement. 

I am blessed to be a part of this organization and to work with two amazing women. This is not just a job; this is a calling.
