Cindi Pippen

Before returning to her hometown of Laurel, MS in 2018, Cindi Holifield Pippen lived in Florida, Georgia, and Texas for over 38 years. Throughout her career, she has served in Customer Service, Marketing, and Human Resources positions within the airline, banking, and telecommunications industries.

After being at home for 3 years after retirement, Cindi felt the need to give back to her community and joined United Way as the First Call for Help Coordinator. One year later, upon the retirement of the Office Coordinator, she moved into that position. Not only has her time at UWPBR filled her desire to give back to her community and help others, it has also been a great opportunity to reconnect to those from her past and meet new people. She feels like she is exactly where she needs to beā€¦not only in Laurel, but with United Way of the Pine Belt.

She has been married to Johnnie Pippen for 52 years and has 4 sons, 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 2 fur babies, Duke and Rusty.
